This Privacy Policy applies to all applications (hereinafter, the "Apps") developed by Jose Domingo Castro Crespo (commercially identified as JDMobile on the Google Play Store).

We firmly believe in transparency. Since we develop various applications with different functionalities (from simple utilities to complex tools), the information we collect depends entirely on which application you are using and the features you decide to activate.

1. Information We Collect

Not all our apps collect the same data. Below, we detail what data we may process depending on the app's functionality:

A. Information Collected Automatically (In all apps)

For proper operation, error diagnosis, and advertising, we use third-party services that may collect:

Device Identifiers (Advertising ID, Device ID).
Usage and diagnostic data (Crash logs).
Approximate IP address (usually at city/country level for analytical purposes).

B. Personal Information (Only if you log in)

If the app offers an account system and you decide to register, we may collect:

Name and surname.
Email address.

These data are stored securely on our servers (Google Firestore/Firebase Auth) to manage your identity within the app.

C. Subscription Data (Only in apps with purchases/premium)

If you make purchases within the app, we use providers like RevenueCat to validate and manage your subscription status. We do not have access to your full banking details (credit card), as these are processed entirely by the app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

D. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

Some of our applications may include AI-powered features. In these cases:

The text or content you explicitly input to be processed by the AI is sent to external language model providers solely to generate the response.
We do not use your personal data or your text inputs to train public AI models.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to help us operate, analyze, and improve our applications. Below, we list the services that may be active depending on the app you use:

Google Play Services: Base platform for Android services.
AdMob: To display advertising. It may use identifiers to show relevant ads based on your interests.
Google Analytics for Firebase: To understand how users interact with our apps (screens visited, usage time).
Firebase Crashlytics: To detect why an application has crashed unexpectedly and fix errors.
Cloud Firestore: Cloud database where user preferences or synchronized data can be stored.
RevenueCat: Infrastructure to securely manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as mobile advertising identifiers) to improve user experience and analyze traffic. You have the option to accept or reject these cookies in your device settings or through consent notices (CMP) shown in the app for users in regions with specific regulations (such as GDPR in Europe).

4. Data Retention

Browsing/Analytics Data: Retained for a limited period on Google servers (generally 14 or 26 months) in an anonymized form.
User Data (Login): If you create an account, we will keep your data as long as you keep the account active. You can request the deletion of your account at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Regardless of where you live, we grant you the following rights over your data:

Right of Access: You can ask what data we have about you.
Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your account and associated data (e.g., Firebase ID, subscription history).
Right to Opt-Out: You can configure your phone to limit ad tracking.

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
